Job Description: Supply Chain Intern

Location: This position is onsite and is based in Wilmington, MA


Position Summary: Our Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth procurement, logistics, and inventory management to support the organization’s growth.

Seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to support the team in managing procurement and operational processes. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations within a dynamic business environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with supply chain documentation and data entry
  • Place purchase orders from requisitions 
  • Support inventory tracking and stock management
  • Preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and operational updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations 

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks


Preferred Skills: 

  • Basic understanding of procurement or logistics processes
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Problem-solving mindset


The compensation hourly rate for this role is $20/hr. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
