About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an Quality Assurance Intern to work in the Philadelphia Corporate office. The Quality Assurance Intern will support National Accounts and Unique testing, while also providing statistical monthly summaries and carrying out other general support duties within the Quality Assurance Department.

Responsibilities

  • Compose routine correspondence.
  • Research, compile and prepare statistical reports.
  • Maintain monthly summary of costs for testing and audits for all National Accounts .
  • Enter test report invoices into the current Invoice spreadsheet for accounting purposes. 
  • Work with Marketing Department on completing SharePoint for New Item Set Up.
  • Utilize JD Edwards for research and maintaining test report database.
  • Coordinate with Leadership to approve disposal of obsolete or damaged inventory.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications 

  • Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Requires effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and/or facts and recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel required.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and high attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 2 years of administrative experience required; 3 or more years preferred.
  • Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
