Job Summary
The Payoff Specialist - Intern is responsible for assisting in the timely and accurate processing of all payoffs, quotes, processing funds and completing the necessary administrative duties to obtain a discharge/release of mortgage.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with administrative support and research of special projects.
Assists with general data entry.
Performs other duties as assigned relating to payoff requests, quotes, process, etc.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Functional/Technical Skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Effectively manages time and meets deadlines
Possesses strong mathematical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications
