Default Fulfillment Processor - Intern

Job Summary The Default Fulfillment Processor – Intern will assist the Default Fulfillment team with general administrative activities including, but not limited to, research, document review, appraisal follow-up and assists the Fulfillment Closers as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists with administrative support and research of special projects. Assists with general data entry Performs other duties as assigned relating to loss mitigation, letter generation and system maintenance. Position Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience None required Functional/Technical Skills High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability Ability to work as a self-starter Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately Strong communication skills Desire to learn and grow professionally General computer skills including Microsoft office Environmental/Physical Demands Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
