    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Outdoor Education Student Intern supports a variety of outdoor education, recreation, and community engagement activities. This position provides hands-on experience in program operations, facility and equipment management, event support, environmental stewardship, and educational programming.

    RESPONSABILITIES:

    • Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of outdoor education facilities and program spaces.
    • Support the planning, setup, and execution of events, activities, and educational programs.
    • Organize, maintain, and inventory program equipment and gear.
    • Assist with bike program operations, maintenance, and participant support.
    • Support garden projects, sustainability initiatives, and outdoor stewardship efforts.
    • Create content for social media, assist with marketing efforts, and help build community partnerships and donations.
    • Provide general instructional and administrative support to staff and program participants.
    • Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be 16 years on or by first day of employment
    • Must demonstrate responsibility and dependability
