RESPONSIBILITIES & PROJECTS

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement through technology.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend software tools and technologies aligned with company objectives.
• Assist in the deployment and integration of new software into existing systems.
• Provide training and support to team members for newly implemented tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software adoption and integration.
• Document processes, workflows, and lessons learned during software implementation projects.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in technology to identify potential innovations for the company

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Strong interest in workflow optimization, technology integration, and business efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of software deployment and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and training.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
