Beam Living’s Internship Program is a 10-week immersive program where you will not only learn and grow in your respective field but also have the opportunity to be mentored by one of our awesome teammates and participate in a weekly leadership development seminar.   
 
The program will begin on Monday, June 1, 2026, and end on Friday, August 7, 2026.

What you will do:
  • Create marketing copy and lifestyle content for social media and community websites.
  • Stay up to date on social media and real estate industry marketing trends.
  • Assist team with digital updates to website content.
  • Attend marketing meetings to learn more about marketing analytics, google analytics and reporting metrics.
  • Assist in the creation and publishing of community and broker e-newsletters and other email campaigns.
  • Create graphics and video content using Adobe and AI platforms.
  • Assist with photography scheduling of units and headshots.
  • Participate in a weekly leadership development program designed to develop talent by elevating the next generation of leaders through education, collaboration, and exposure to how each element of the organization functions.
  • Meet with an assigned mentor on a bi-weekly basis to discuss job performance and future career goals. 
  • Collaborate with peers on a Capstone Project - Over the course of the internship, interns will take on a real business challenge, build a capstone project around it, and present your innovative solution to leaders across the company.
  • Other marketing-related tasks as needed.
 
What you should have:
  • The ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • A creative mind that knows how to combine trends with industry marketing efforts.
  • An analytical ability to collect and use data to track performance metrics. 
  • The discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done.
  • A love for writing and creating content across multiple channels for residents, prospects, and team members.
  • A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign, and social media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Real estate experience is a plus!
 
What we offer:

Base Salary: $30.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
