Position Purpose:
The inspections intern will be part of the Inspection Team charged with leveraging CROM's long and successful history of being a value-added resource in the infrastructure inspection market by driving the quality, consistency, and timeliness of our assessments.
The inspections intern will assist the Inspection Technician (IT) and the Manager of Inspections (MOI) in an instrumental role proactively shaping the future of our ability to respond quickly with accurate and detailed reports and limited turnaround time.
The inspections intern will assist with[JB1] [LL2] , compiling accurate and detailed reports, tracking reports, and editing 3-D digital models. To be successful, an inspections intern will understand and embrace the company's direction and focal points to facilitate meeting objectives.
Essential Duties and Core Responsibilities:
- Download, file, and compile inspection reports and photos received through FastField
- Proactively monitor tracking of inspections and reports with Trello and Excel reports
- Annotate three dimensional digital models
- Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Typing/Keyboard efficiency
- Must work well in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
- Team player and able to work well with a diverse group of personnel
- Pass a drug-screening test prior to employment and maintain drug free status for the entirety of employment
Working Conditions:
- The position requires the individual to work on-site at CROM headquarters located at 250 SW 36th Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32607. This role is primarily office-based and performed in a professional office environment. The position involves working at a desk, using standard office equipment, and collaborating with team members during normal business hours. Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to meet operational needs.
