Escrow Specialist - Intern

Job Summary The Escrow Specialist – Intern will assist in all aspects of the escrow account including tax, insurance, escrow analysis, and escrow account maintenance in the servicing system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists with general data entry. Assists with administrative support and research of special projects. Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting escrow account management, processing tax and insurance payments, discrepancies and maintaining accurate documentation. Position Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience None required Functional/Technical Skills High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability Ability to work as a self-starter Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately Strong communication skills Desire to learn and grow professionally Possesses strong mathematical skills Experience working with Microsoft Windows applications Environmental/Physical Demands Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
