Architect Intern

Watts is a multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering (A/E) firm providing architecture, civil, environmental, transportation, and construction monitoring services with offices in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and New York City. As an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and community builders, we work hand in hand with our clients to realize enduring designs — to create space for what matters.

We have an immediate opening for an Architect Intern in our Buffalo office. This position offers the potential for a variety of work experiences with an architecture and engineering consulting firm. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the project managers within the group and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities and Duties

• Take direction from and implement assigned tasks from Project Architects/Project Manager.
• Provide technical support on projects and office administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 1-3 years experience
• AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop
• 3D modeling and rendering
• Strong graphic, written and oral communications skills

Compensation

• $21.00 per hour
