PRIMARY FUNCTION:
We are a team who ensures products are working exactly as intended and are free of defects or other issues. Execute test procedures per work instructions, capture test data, and pass or fail the assembled product. You鈥檒l troubleshoot defects and lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) process.

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with a small聽team.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Escalate risks and issues that could impact priorities within the production plan.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Learn inspections based on quality standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Set up and maintain聽test setups throughout the product production lifecycle.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Execute product Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Solder聽and de-solder聽components聽/聽parts from the product
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work at different聽workstations聽as production needs require.聽
路 聽聽聽聽聽 Learn how to document test results and product data as required by the manufacturing router and End Item Data Packets (EIDP).聽
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successfully working toward an ABET accredited bachelor鈥檚 degree in engineering, with a specific focus in Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to read schematics
- Focus and ability to recognize problems
- An eye for good design and a taste for good user experience.
- Ability to recognize problems and perform advanced troubleshooting steps to identify manufacturing, design and/or testing defects.
