    Title:                            Technology Summer Intern

     

    Job Location:               District-Wide

     

    Reports to:                   Technology Supervisor

     

    Job Type:                     Hourly / Non-Exempt / Temporary Intern June - August

     

    Qualifications:

    • Basic understanding of computer systems and technology troubleshooting
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail
    • Interest in technology and willingness to learn
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Reliable, punctual, positive and able to work effectively in a team atmosphere
    • Able to work independently after receiving instruction

     

    Job Description:          

    • Assist with basic Chromebook repairs and maintenance
    • Help maintain accurate technology inventory records
    • Support computer imaging processes under supervision
    • Perform routine AV equipment and computer setup checks
    • Document completed tasks and repair activities
    • Maintain organized work areas and equipment storage
    • Communicate effectively with tech department staff
    • Demonstrate responsible handling of school equipment
    • Other duties as assigned by the Technology Supervisor or designee

       

       

    Salary/Benefits: $14.00 hour; One hour of sick time earned per every 30 hours worked

     

    Days/Hours:     Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. � 4:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid break)  

     

    Start Date:        June 8th through August 21st
