The Role

 

The Talent & HR Intern plays a key role in supporting talent acquisition and broader people initiatives across the organization. This position offers a hands‑on introduction to HR operations, giving a current student meaningful exposure to recruitment, employee experience, and global people processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support job postings, resume reviews, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate interviews and help manage the talent pipeline.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR processes.
  • Collaborate with our Global People Experience team on engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross‑border projects and gain visibility into global HR workflows.
  • Provide general administrative and project support across Talent and HR.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn HR tools.
