Our Internship Program is designed to give students real exposure to how projects are designed, built, and delivered from start to finish. You’ll be exposed to multiple departments, work on real tasks, and gain insight into career paths you may not have considered.

What We’re Looking For

• Current college students, Junior or Senior in High School, and individuals enrolled in technical or trade programs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Working Conditions

• Hours 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and other times as required by the workload
• The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. 
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

• Standards of performance are defined as completion of tasks according to policy and procedures and the accepted standards of practice.  The standards are based on the job and are achievable, understood, agreed on, specific, measurable, time-oriented, written, and subject to change.  These Performance Standards are the minimum threshold to maintain the position and form the basis of periodic performance evaluations.
