Job Description

The POSTECH SAQ Operations Summer Intern will support the SAQ Operations team in managing merchant PCI compliance processes. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in payment processing, compliance operations, and merchant support by assisting with the administration of Account Activation Requests (AARs), IP address registrations, network scan updates, and PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) activities.

The intern will monitor and process incoming compliance requests, maintain accurate merchant records in the bluu ERP system, and ensure that compliance-related information is updated promptly and accurately. This role also involves assisting merchants with general SAQ inquiries, providing guidance throughout the questionnaire process, and working closely with internal teams to support daily compliance operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling merchant information are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming AAR, IP registration, and network scan update requests.
  • Register AARs in the bluu ERP system using the appropriate ISO code.
  • Update merchant IP address registrations and network scan information in the bluu ERP system.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of compliance-related records.
  • Assist merchants with completing the PCI Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) by answering questions and providing general guidance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of compliance requests.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
