This internship provides exposure to work directly with the Director of Business Development & Inside Sales to support sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Compile and interpret data from the CRM
- Clean and prepare customer data for transfer to the new ERP system
- Coordinate with the external marketing firm to track updates and changes
- Develop sales reports in the ERP system aligned with accounting results
- Assist the Sales team with AI-related tools and questions
- Analyze differences between Salesforce CRM and NetSuite CRM
- Prepare ICT data for marketing communications
- Transfer relevant information to the Product Manager and Strategic Account Manager
- Support marketing initiatives as directed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, or marketing tools preferred
- Knowledge of the electrical or transformer industry is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather information, identify issues, and support decision-making
- Collaborative, personable, and able to work across departments
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
