Seeking current college Juniors and Seniors to join our growing Des Moines, Iowa team for a summer internship.
Standard Bearings seeks entrepreneurial individuals for a full-time, paid summer internship. Throughout your internship, we will provide continuous training, mentorship and performance feedback to ensure you attain the necessary skills to succeed in a future sales role. You will also meet and train with our interns across all of our locations, including a trip to our headquarters.

About Standard Bearings:

Job Duties:
- Develop your professional skills through on-the-job learning, technical sales training and leadership exposure.
- Collaborate with our sales team to solve customer issues and win business.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and teammates.
- Cross train with each department to develop an understanding of the entire sales cycle.
- Develop industry knowledge through sales meetings and hands-on product training.
Education & Experience:
Undergraduate student working towards a bachelor’s degree in their junior or senior year of study, with an interest in a future sales career.
