Quality Engineering Intern

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Intern to join our team for the summer. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, where you will support key quality initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate across multiple business functions.  

Responsibilities:

• Cross-train within Manufacturing and Assembly to gain a broad understanding of operations 
• Assist in developing and implementing standard work instructions and documentation 
• Participate in failure analysis and support corrective action investigations 
• Contribute to internal projects focused on improving processes, quality, and overall customer satisfaction 
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with AS9100, ISO9001, and ISO13485 standards 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and operations 
• Perform additional duties and project work as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field 
• Available to work full-time throughout the summer 
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work across teams 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn from multiple areas of the business 
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
