Operate videoboard during game and manage pressbox staff to keep on script
Create in-game material for between innings games and themed headshots using provided Photoshop templates
Manage video content, editing raw footage from handheld camera into organized and labeled. clips
Assist the promotions department with pre-game prep including gathering promo props for on-fields, preparing nightly prizes and contestant slips, and other miscellaneous tasks
Aid in coming up with ideas on how to execute theme nights and in-between innings activities and research relevant trivia or game materials
Keep pressbox and promotions shed organized and manage inventory of prizes and props
Create playlists and download relevant sound clips for theme nights and other events at the stadium
Schedule, manage, promote and attend mascot appearances throughout the community
Market theme nights locally and help get word out about events
Help with the organizing and promoting of the community programs
Other tasks and duties as assigned, including dressing up as the mascot, going on appearances and attending community events
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and customer service.
Must be well organized and flexible to meet time, priority and workload demands.
Must be able to lift, pull push and/or carry 30 pounds as necessary.
Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 6-8 hours.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
