Compensation: College credit available – this is a non-paid, part-time seasonal internship
Start Date: August 2025 (flexible with academic schedule)
End Date: December 2025 (flexible with academic schedule)
Schedule:
  • During Season (through September 8, 2025):
    • Non-Gamedays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Gamedays: 3:00 PM – end of game
  • Post-Season (September 9 – December 2025):
    • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
The Partnership Activation Intern will support the Winston-Salem Dash Sponsorship Department by enhancing partner experiences through in-game activations, proof of performance documentation, and overall sponsorship servicing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking hands-on experience in sports marketing, sponsorship services, and client relations. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about the sports industry.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Upload and organize proof of performance images and videos for partner activations
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, including proposals, proof of performance reports, and promotional recaps
  • Manage and maintain promotional inventory and gameday assets
  • Track and build inventories of partner assets
  • Collect and organize engagement data (impressions, reach, frequency, etc.) from partner campaigns
  • Sort and tag sponsor-related photos by homestand for internal use
  • Assist with gameday setup of suites and hospitality spaces
  • Support execution of in-game sponsor promotions
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed (community events, etc.)
  • Participate in additional responsibilities as assigned (e.g., tarp pulls, fireworks cleanup)
 
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal software
 
Training & Development:
All interns will receive thorough training in partnership activation processes and daily operations. The goal is to prepare each intern with the tools and experience needed for a successful career in sports, marketing, or event management.
