Marketing Summer Intern

Shield HealthCare is looking for a Marketing Summer Intern in our Valencia, CA corporate office to support the product management team by researching, collecting, organizing, maintaining, and updating product data and attributes to ensure accurate items setup and management across company and parent organization ordering platforms.

This is an on-site position in Valencia, CA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adding products to the Item Master.
• Updating company Item Master with adding source product descriptions, images, and attributes from manufacturer websites and other sources. 
• Routine maintenance and auditing of company Item Master for accuracy of products.
• Identify gaps and inaccuracies in product descriptions, images, and attributes.
• Categorization of products in Item Master.
• Maintain product brands by identifying brands missing from company picklist and partnering with IT for requests. 
• Maintain and updates product attributes on the Partnership Program website, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product-specific requirements.
• Adding and editing item notes to Item Master to reflect most recent changes to evergreen enteral crosswalk including which are direct and which are indirect substitutes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in business administration, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, health sciences, or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams). 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and identify inconsistencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing business needs.

 SALARY:

• $18.47/hour
