Lead Audit Intern

Internship available for college student with interest in investment property ownership and management. Paid position to run for the average duration of the collegiate summer break, with potential to return for winter employment.

The Lead Audit Intern position offers flexible hours and is part-time, lasting until project completion (1-2 months). Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ability and willingness to learn quickly, ability to think and work independently, effective communication, and strict attention to detail. Dependability and positive attitude are essential. Must have access to a car for business-related travel in the Baltimore area; will be reimbursed for travel at the current government rate.
