II. General Summary (describes the overall duties of the position)
a. Oversee activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of information systems.
b. Manages the technical and functional aspects of the Plex Systems ERP (Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform), including system configuration, security, and maintaining overall system integrity.
c. Work closely with the IT/IS Manager to provide department cost reductions and improvements.
III. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (describes the duties and responsibilities for a successful job performance).
a. Tasks such as conducting research, data entry, attending meetings, supporting team projects, creating reports, learn ERP system and help implement updated software version.
b. Help IS Department monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, with primary focus on the Plex ERP System.
c. Help with delivering training/guidance to end users on how to efficiently use Plex modules and functionalities (e.g., Production, Inventory, Shipping, Quality, EDI, etc.).
d. Seek and suggest areas for cost improvement by evaluating data and making suggestions on tasks both within and outside of work area.
IV. REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job).
a. Sophomore, Junior, or Senior College/University Student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
V. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES (These are needed to perform essential functions of the position).
a. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
b. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
c. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
d. Average Excel spreadsheet / data manipulation skills.

c. Some travel may be necessary during system implementations.
d. Overtime may be required based on project timelines, system issues, or business needs.
VII. Physical Requirements
a. Must be able to climb stairs several times a day due to frequency of work and meetings schedules.
b. May occasionally require movement around or behind manufacturing equipment.
c. May need to walk long distances within a manufacturing plant.
