About the opportunity

If you are passionate about making a difference, we are looking for an Inventory Support Intern responsible for performing inventory transactions, data entry and maintaining inventory documentation. The internship is on-site in West Chester, PA Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, from September to November, may extend through December if needed. The internship reports to the Director, Asset Management.

 

Where you will make an impact:

    • Performing inventory transactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for product instrument sets and implants.
    • Responsible for maintaining company-wide, departmental and functional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and maintaining 100% compliance to FDA and quality systems requirements.
    • Assist in processing surgery requests in the ERP system.
    • Processing documents to move product lot numbers, replenish inventory to consigned sets and extended inventory in our ERP system.
    • Verify surgeon and distributor training and contracts are system confirmed.
    • Work with the Management Team to stay up to date on product knowledge and company guidelines.
    • Ability to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

What you will bring:

    • Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a college degree.
    • Experience with software Microsoft Office software programs, particularly Excel, ERP experience preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills for both internal and external customers.
    • Ability multi-task and determine the best outcome to accomplish priorities.
    • High organizational skills while working in multiple systems.

 

Where you will go:

  • Located in West Chester, PA, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. 
  • This internship duration is from September to November, may extend through December if needed.
