Our Corporate Headquarters, located in Audubon PA, is currently accepting Finance & Real Estate Intern applications!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Real Estate Intern to support our team with financial analysis, market research, investment evaluation, and operational projects across real estate assets and transactions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate finance, acquisitions, asset management, and investment strategy.
What You Will Do:
- Assist with financial modeling, including cash flow analysis, valuation models, and return projections for real estate investments.
- Conduct market research on property trends, rental rates, comparable sales, and economic conditions.
- Support underwriting of acquisition and development opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Analyze operating statements, budgets, rent rolls, and property performance metrics.
- Assist with due diligence processes, including document review and data organization.
- Track and update pipeline opportunities, transactions, and portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with finance, acquisitions, and asset management teams on ad hoc projects.
- Other special projects or duties as assigned.
QualificationsYou Have/Are:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas required).
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and financial presentation development.
- Knowledge of real estate valuation concepts such as cap rates, IRR, NPV, and discounted cash flow analysis preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with routing and dispatch software, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
