Salary: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, hourly position
Job Goal: To provide superior customer support to CAIU employees for the services and hardware provided by Technology Services, including desktop computers, laptops, and other devices located at the CAIU Main Office in Enola and potentially at remote locations
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Resolve helpdesk tickets and log all support issues in helpdesk software.
2. Provide initial troubleshooting and issue resolution for computer software and hardware utilized by CAIU employees or partners.
3. Perform desktop computer, mobile device, printer, and peripheral setup and maintenance.
4. Deploy images on workstations.
5. Provides support for internal helpdesk calls, walk-ups, and emails.
6. Troubleshoot mobile devices.
7. Enter data for technology equipment in inventory database.
8. Create and update end user technology documentation.
9. Set up technology for organizational meetings including audio and visual requirements.
10. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
11. Assume any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Technology Services or his/ her designee.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a current high school student
2. Knowledge of PC and Mac troubleshooting skills preferred.
3. Experience supporting Windows and Mac OS preferred.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
5. Musts demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
6. Must be self-motivated and team oriented.
7. Must demonstrate professionalism while working with all levels of support
