Position: Summer Intern
Employment Status: Part-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
Departments: Bookkeeping, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Marketing, and/or Consulting
Pay: $15.00–$25.00 per hour

• Analyze data using tools such as Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Create reports, presentations, and documentation that help teams communicate and operate effectively.
• Support day-to-day operations while learning how different departments work together.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute your ideas, questions, and perspective.
• Learn new systems and processes and develop skills that will translate directly into your future career.
• Take on new challenges as you gain confidence and demonstrate your abilities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or a recent graduate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
• Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
• Eager to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
• Able to accept feedback and use it to improve.
