Department: Various (HR, Marketing, IT, Accounting, Engineering, Service, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.)
Location: 531 Old Swede Road – Douglassville, PA 19518
Schedule: Flexible hours based on school requirements (part-time or full-time during breaks)
Compensation: Paid internship | Hourly rate based on department, experience, and market data

What You’ll Do
 Responsibilities will vary by department and may include:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with projects, reporting, documentation, or data analysis
  • Collaborating with team members on department-specific initiatives
  • Learning internal systems, processes, and professional workflows
  • Participating in meetings, training, and hands-on learning experiences

Intern assignments are structured to balance learning, contribution, and exposure.

 

What We’re Looking For

Education

  • Current high school senior, college student, or technical school student
  • Enrolled in (or planning to enroll in) a relevant academic or training program


Skills, Experience & Attributes

  • Interest in learning and gaining professional experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail

REQUIREMENTS

  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
  • Ability to verify identity and employment authorization (Form I-9)
  • Eligibility to access information or technology governed by U.S. export control laws (including 10 C.F.R. Part 810, EAR, and/or ITAR), where applicable
  • Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with applicable laws
  • Ability to meet agreed-upon work schedules and maintain reliable attendance
  • Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the internship, with or without reasonable accommodation

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION (ROLE-SPECIFIC – IF APPLICABLE)

  • Ability to work on-site in a professional office or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to sit or work at a computer for extended periods (office roles)
  • Ability to stand, walk, or work in shop environments (manufacturing/service roles)
  • Willingness to wear appropriate PPE when required

The pay for this position is dependent on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
