HR Intern (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)
Location: Central New Jersey | Immediate Hire
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern with strong analytical and data management skills to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role based on performance.
Responsibilities

Maintain and analyze HR data, reports, and metrics

Assist with employee records management and compliance tracking

Collaborate with HR team on ongoing projects and process improvements

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordination of hiring manager calendars and candidate schedules, conducting market research and competitor analysis

Support new hire onboarding activities, preparing materials, and updating employee files.

Maintain and update HR databases, personnel records, and documentation in compliance with company policies, acting as a backup to the HR Data and Systems Specialist

Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in planning HR events or training sessions.

Conduct market or policy research on HR trends and best practices.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas required)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage and work across multiple HR systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
