About the Role
A fast-growing, pre-seed-funded AI talent platform is looking for a driven Growth & Marketing Intern / New-Grad to help build and own the company's growth engine. You'll work across the full marketing stack β outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events β with real ownership and measurable outcomes from day one. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at a startup operating in the HR tech and AI recruiting space, already gaining strong traction with hundreds of venture-backed startup clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who thinks like a scientist, moves fast, and wants to build repeatable, data-driven growth processes rather than just execute tasks.
What You'll Do
- Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events β delivering measurable outcomes end-to-end.
- Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate continuously.
- Plan, execute, and optimize outbound programs (cold email), including managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
- Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Create and distribute high-velocity content β blogs, email newsletters, LinkedIn posts, social content, testimonials, case studies, and product stories β with strong brand alignment.
- Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
- Build marketing partnerships and organize both online and offline events to drive real turnout.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact β not just execute tasks.
- Experience across multiple growth/marketing domains (outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, events).
- Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and ability to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns.
- Scientific mindset: comfortable formulating hypotheses, running A/B tests, measuring metrics, and iterating.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have:
- SEO expertise: topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking strategy.
- Experience running and optimizing cold email outbound programs and managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
- Strong content creation skills across blogs, email, social, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
- Experience organizing online/offline events and managing marketing partnerships.
- Background or interest in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms.

- Competitive compensation for an intern / new-grad role.

- High ownership and career-growth opportunity at an early-stage AI startup with strong traction.
