Our Graduate Program is designed for upcoming graduates who want a career in heavy highway construction. Graduates start in the field, learning operations firsthand by setting grade, running equipment, and leading small crews, before progressing to Project Foreman and ultimately Superintendent roles.

Exposure Opportunities
Highway & subdivision development, dirt & paving operations, crushing, aggregates & concrete production, and retail aggregate & asphalt sales.
Qualifications
Flexibility to work outdoors and travel to work on job sites across Northwest MontanaCompensation and benefits offered with this role will be based on work experience and capability.
