We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Family Experience Team Intern to support digital resource organization, reporting, and content management projects over the summer. This role will assist with auditing and building shared resource centers in SharePoint/OneDrive, supporting resource creation for external partners, and helping manage blog metadata and digital content. It is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys organizing information, working with digital tools, and contributing to projects that enhance how families and partners access meaningful resources.
As part of a mission-driven nonprofit, this internship offers the chance to support work that helps connect families to high-quality Jewish content and experiences around the world. The position is remote and offers up to 20 hours per week of paid work at $20 per hour.
ResponsibilitiesÂ
• Assist with a PJ Professionals Resource Center audit and the creation of a new shared resource center on SharePoint/OneDrive.Â
• Assist with other SharePoint resource creation for external partners.
• Run reports on MOZ and edit blog metadata.Â
• Potentially assist with organizing videos in one of the team’s accounts.
Currently enrolled in a college or university and possess a high school diploma or GED.
Any experience leading projects, organizing data or files, or using web-based content systems is an asset.Â
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in digital file and resource management.
Comfort using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, and/or similar collaboration tools (or willingness to learn).
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail when editing content.
Basic familiarity with content management systems, blogging platforms, or SEO tools (e.g., MOZ) is a plus.
Reliable, responsible, and able to manage tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
Interest in Jewish communities, digital content, user experience, nonprofit work, or family engagement initiatives is a plus.Â
