This position is responsible for conducting limited scope testing, assisting with data collection, and performing a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with engineering methods, programs and practices under the supervision of an engineer or manager.

Essential Duties:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Learns what is expected of an Engineer in this industry

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reports progress and status

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Completes assigned tasks on time and budget while meeting technical requirements

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complies with the Engineering Playbook and best practice procedures

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assists engineers with appropriate design details

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adheres to all quality and safety standards

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Available for limited travel

Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 HS Diploma; Must be enrolled in an accredited Engineering program

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receives and follows direction

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Interacts professionally with teammates and colleagues

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Possesses basic oral and written communication skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Possesses quality orientation and high attention to detail

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors, employees and managers at all levels within the company

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office); Experience with SOLIDWORKS and聽 聽 聽 聽 聽AutoCad preferred
