Electrical Engineering Intern

The Position:

Purpose and Essential Functions: General engineering support to US and China based applications engineering teams, the US based service team and the US based sales team

Engineering:

• Assist the application notes development
• Assist the knowledge base construction
• Assist the documentation platform construction
• Understand and help to improve documentation, drawings, and marketing materials
• Observe sales/engineering meetings for educational purposes.
• Various other day to day responsibilities

Service:

• Develop technical documents and/or reports at the direction of the service
• Analyze field failure data for patterns or common failure modes
• Various other day to day responsibilities
• Assist the SOP development for training center
• Assist the SOP development for repair center
• Coordinate HQ Travelers

Position Requirements:

• Must be EE or related Majors
• Must possess desire to learn and grow in knowledge of the renewable energy industry and company
• Must be willing to commit to company's vision
• Must be flexible and able to quickly grasp and apply new information and/or concepts
• Must possess excellent and professional communication skills
• Must be able to receive information and/or feedback from a wide variety of people
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to multi-task

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university

2-3 months, will be extended based upon performance

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base pay for this role is $25.00 per hour. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
