PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completes assigned tasks and projects as directed by supervisors
- Assists with calling leads and leasing efforts
- Assist in communication with residents to schedule, coordinate, or follow-up on work orders
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers through the facilitation and implementation of company-wide customer centric programs and initiatives
- Actively involved in ensuring first-class property curb appeal for all properties
- Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing laws
