Customer Service Representative - Summer Intern

We are needing a friendly and upbeat Customer Service Representative that is available to work Monday - Friday, from May until August (can be flexible on start and end dates, but need someone consistently throughout the summer months).

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incoming customer calls by identifying needs, offering solutions, and delivering efficient, accurate, and friendly service.
• Process customer payments promptly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Document customer interactions in a clear, consistent, and timely manner immediately following each call.
• Handle customer correspondence and take on additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.

Education/Experience: 

• Must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year college or university 
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong typing skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent active listening abilities to understand and address customer needs
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional tone, even during challenging interactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation, payments, and call notes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
