Hanwha Vision America – CRM & Sales Operations Intern (Summer 2026)

Location: Teaneck, NJ
Duration: 8–12 weeks | June 1, 2026 – August 15, 2026
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Hanwha Vision America’s immersive summer internship program is designed for rising interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience supporting CRM and Sales Operations initiatives, learn how data and systems drive sales performance, and contribute to projects that improve pipeline visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency. Through this experience, interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with CRM platforms, assist with sales analytics and process improvements, and gain exposure to how technology and operations support a high-performing sales organization.

HVA is seeking a CRM & Sales Operations Intern to support the CRM, Inside Sales team, and STEP Partner Program. This role will focus on data entry, CRM maintenance, and administrative support to ensure continuity of operations and allow the core team to focus on strategic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Catalog Management: Create and update product entries in the CRM, including uploading images, updating status, writing descriptions, and listing compatible models.
  • CRM Data Audits: Conduct audits of project registrations, accounts, contacts, and partner enrollments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Training Record Maintenance: Upload and organize training records within the CRM system.
  • Lead Management: Audit and upload leads into the CRM, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • STEP Program Support: Send daily STEP enrollment notifications to distributors and update CRM records based on responses.
  • STEP Promotional Tracking: 
    • Log training promotions and ensure they are accurately reflected in the training portal and the CRM.
    • Complete STEP Nickel upgrades due to promotions
    • Complete the monthly sales training report
  • Sales Data Entry: Upload monthly STEP sales data into the CRM for tracking and reporting purposes. 

Qualification:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales operations or administrative support is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems (Sugar, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) is a plus
