Title: Community Impact Intern, Latino Equity Fund

Supervises: None
Hybrid Schedule (subject to change): In-office 1 day a week either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Remote work on other days as suited to schedule. Must be available for in-person community convenings and events during evenings or weekends as needed, with an event approximately every 1-2 months.
Position Budgeted: $25/hr
Position Summary:
The Latino Equity Fund (LEF) Intern will work closely with the Community Impact Officer (CIO) to support the fund’s community impact strategy. The Intern will work with the CIO to provide project management and research support for LEF’s programmatic work. The Latino Equity Fund sits within the Boston Foundation’s Philanthropy Group and works closely with all departments within the Boston Foundation.
This role will work in a hybrid environment (see above) with a mix of in-office and virtual work for a total of 10-15 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school year (16 weeks for Fall 2026 semester, 16 weeks for Spring 2027 semester). Flexibility for school schedules.
