Develop leadership and team-building skills
Learn from experienced professionals across various city departments
The program is led by:
Career Catalyst Committee
Human Resources Department
Participating City Departments
To be eligible, you must:
Be between the ages of 16 and 21
Provide most recent education transcripts
Be available for the entire program duration
Attend orientation, work 25 hours per week for 8 weeks, and participate in the awards ceremony at the end of the program
Be willing to work in any assigned department
Have reliable transportation
Be able to attend a City Council meeting
***This is a part-time position. The hourly pay rate is $15.00 per hour. The maximum hours interns can work is 25. ***
