These reviews are designed to provide constructive feedback on your performance and in conjunction with the scheduled bi-weekly supervisory meetings, to encourage a structured learning environment. At the conclusion of the training program, interns, together with the supervising manager, review and evaluate the internship experience and its applicability to the interns’ future career goals.
