Job Summary

The Analytics Intern will work closely with the Analytics and E-Commerce teams to support data-driven business initiatives and operational decision-making. This role will assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing business data to help improve processes, monitor performance, and support reporting needs across departments.

This internship provides hands-on experience in business analytics, reporting, data management, and operational analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Reporting Support

• Assist with gathering, cleaning, organizing, and validating business data from various systems and sources.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of reports, dashboards, and ETL pipelines.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics related to sales, inventory, pricing, and operational performance.
• Help identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Analytics and E-Commerce team members to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in monitoring key business metrics and preparing reports for internal stakeholders.
• Document processes and procedures while helping maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Support special projects, analytics initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with or willingness to learn data visualization, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, databases, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
