Position:

 

We are currently hiring an intern looking for a winter term position, January to April 2027, in our Winnipeg or Toronto office. Candidates in an undergraduate program, returning to school after the internship are eligible to apply.

 

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be eligible to work full-time for the entire duration of the program.

 

Under the supervision of the Business Architecture Pod Owner, you will work closely with Business Architect and Business subject matter experts to support business architecture priorities and address business needs. The individual will assist in providing input for functions in defining, designing, enhancing, and enabling business architecture artifacts, capabilities, processes, and platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply business architecture practices by supporting work on business capabilities, processes, value streams, and operating models.
  • Gather, organize, and summarize business information from meetings, documents, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Help create clear visuals, summaries, and working documents that make complex business topics easier to understand.
  • Support the creation and upkeep of reusable templates, reference materials, and team knowledge assets.
  • Assist with team coordination activities, including meeting preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups.

 

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.  
  • Registered students returning to school in a related field (BCom, BA, BSc, etc.)
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, judgment & decision-making skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines
  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with the project team and peer groups
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be used responsibly to improve productivity, analysis, and insight generation
  • This position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.

The expected annual base salary range (prorated for the term) for this role is $44,000 - $47,000, which is determined based on year of study, IGM program, geographic location and candidate’s skills, knowledge and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for paid time off.
