You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload as VSCNL is the only specialty center in Newfoundland and Labrador and is an ocean away from the nearest center on mainland Canada.The Veterinary Specialty Centre of Newfoundland and Labrador was originally founded to make sure that no pet owner would have to leave the province to get the proper care their pet needs. We offer chemotherapy, run a canine blood donor program and have a fully functioning ICU. When it comes to diagnosing and treating the pets of Newfoundland and Labrador, we are there for them every day!  We are currently expanding our facility with additional growth for services to be added in the future.Through our comprehensive approach, we are able to provide the opportunity to practice gold standard medicine. About you:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board-Certified Veterinary Small Animal Internal Medicine Specialist to work with our exceptional team. Candidates who are completing their residency and are or will be board-eligible are welcome to apply. Support and mentorship will be provided to properly prepare for exams.  We are looking for a personable, client-centered internist who enjoys working as part of a team, with strong communication and people skills.
