About the Role
We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design.
Responsibilities
� Assist with schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits
� Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools
� Support silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance measurements
� Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance
Qualifications
� Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
� Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design
� Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
� Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus
� Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment
Salary Range: $35-45 USD/hr
