Tech Services Coordinator Intern

Hayward Pool Products Canada Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacturing of residential and commercial pool equipment, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Service Coordinator Intern to join our team for the summer.

In this role, you will support the Technical Service team by assisting with warranty processing, customer support, and service coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and technical support within a fast-paced environment.

• Process and validate warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Create and manage service cases for heater warranty support requests
• Coordinate and follow up on customer-dispatched service calls via phone and email
• Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service and warranty issues
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and warranty activity
• Support the Technical Service team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Interest in technical service, operations, or customer support is a plus

Pay Range: $20-$22/hr
