Previous customer service skills or hotel/resort experience preferred. Computer skills as well as a valid drivers license required. Technical Requirements: able to read, write and speak English. strong organizational skills. able to work independently. able to be on your feet for long periods of time. excellent people skills. meets grooming standards. meets/exceeds customer expectations. computer experience required. meets or exceeds the team expectations.
