SUMMARY Provides general administrative support to department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESĀ Assists with support issues and responds to all problems in a timely, courteous manner;

May conduct miscellaneous filing;
Ā
Answers telephone and routes calls to others; operates fax machines, scanners, printers and copiers;
Ā
Provides word processing assistance as required;
Ā
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
Ā
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ā
Currently enrolled in a college as a junior or senior, majoring in a related field of study
Ā
Related work experience

Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills

Intermediate typing skills (30-35 wpm)
