At Lancia, we help ambitious businesses overcome complex challenges and achieve remarkable results through quality first consulting. From your first day, you’ll be empowered to think innovatively, work autonomously, and contribute meaningfully.

We are practical in our approach, favouring real world solutions over perfection and delivering work that makes our clients proud. We are entrepreneurial, building this company together through shared ambition, intelligent risk taking, and a spirit of ownership. We are genuine, bringing authenticity, empathy, and mutual respect to every relationship. And we are deeply invested in our people, our clients, and the communities we serve, committed to long term impact and trust.

At Lancia, you’re not just joining a company, you’re joining a community that’s transforming business, one challenge at a time.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Structured documentation and report writing
  • Confidence engaging with client stakeholders
  • Interest in charity, impact, and systems transformation
  • Comfort working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

What you'll get

  • Exposure to three real client engagements at different stages of maturity
  • Hands‑on experience of process discovery, impact evaluation, and funding‑enabling scoping
  • Close mentoring and feedback from a Managing Consultant
