Are you ready to launch a purpose-driven career in healthcare, hospitality, or organizational leadership? Civitas Senior Living invites students and emerging professionals to apply for our immersive, hands-on internship program designed to build leadership capabilities and operational expertise in the growing senior living industry.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas 

Duration: Semester-based and summer internship placements available
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, based on academic calendar and availability
 
What You’ll Gain

Operations & Administration: Assist with daily workflows, vendor coordination, and KPI tracking.
Sales & Marketing: Shadow Community Relations Directors, support CRM data entry, and help coordinate events.
Human Resources & People Operations: Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Wellness & Resident Care: Observe assessments and care planning; support compliance documentation.
Innovation & Strategy: Research industry trends, contribute to market analysis, and propose improvement strategies.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking students or recent graduates who are:
Currently enrolled in a degree program (Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, Business, Marketing, HR, or related field)
Strong communicators with a passion for servant leadership and aging services
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
Eager to grow through real-world experience and reflective learning
 
Additional Requirements
Completion of background checks and onboarding training
Ability to travel to designated community site(s)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, or similar tools
