Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Sales Support team in the petroleum industry. This role provides hands-on experience in customer relationship management, operational support, and data integrity. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate customer records, managing equipment agreements, and supporting utilization reviews to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Management:
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Verify contact details, account status, and service agreements.
Equipment Loan Agreement Updates:
Review and update Equipment Loan Agreements to reflect current terms and conditions.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Tank Utilization Reviews:
Assist in analyzing tank utilization data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
Customer Engagement Support:
Collaborate with the Sales Support team to address customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Market Analysis:
Assist in reviewing market conditions to support Sales Development contract bids
Support daily pricing tools to improve overall profitability and customer retention
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
